Refund policy
If we can’t frame the read within 24 hours of a confirmed commission, we refund in full and release the slot.
Already-delivered reads are not refundable — once the memo is in your inbox, it’s yours. If you dispute the reasoning after delivery, we’ll meet to walk the memo, but the fee holds.
If a slot is cancelled before the first draft, the fee is refunded less a 20% stripe/processing cost.
